Commission Request Form

Please Note: The submission of a commission request form does not guarantee that the artist will accept the commission request. Artist will reach out to all commission requests within 7 days of form submission to talk about price and vision for the piece. If accepted, the client is expected to pay a deposit(35% of the total cost of piece) before the artist begins work. A contract will be signed by both the artist and the client before artist begins work.
